Terms & Conditions

1) Booking: North Cyprus Getaways acts as the booking agent for villa owners in North Cyprus. To secure your reservation, a party member must complete the booking form and will be designated as the primary contact for all guests listed on the form. For instant bookings, an online check-in email will be sent, providing access to the key code, optional extras, and a helpful guide.

2) Online Check-In: A damage deposit will be taken as a hold on your card seven days before your arrival, ensuring a smoother process without upfront payment. The hold will be released upon departure if no property damage is found. Details for access and charges will be provided via email through charge automation.

3) Passport: For all confirmed bookings, a copy of the lead name passenger's passport is required as a security measure against fraudulent bookings in the TRNC.

4) Booking Deposit: To secure villa dates, a 20% or 25% booking deposit, depending on the booking website, is required at the time of reservation. The final payment is due 60 days before the departure date.

5) Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit, specified in the booking advert, will be returned once management confirms no unreasonable property damage, content loss, or excessive electricity usage.

6) Electricity: Rental prices include an electricity allowance per day. Any excess units used will incur a charge per unit, deducted from the security deposit. Guests are advised to use air conditioning wisely and monitor consumption.

7) Cancellation Policy: If booked directly with North Cyprus Getaways, cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in result in a loss of deposit. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in receive a 50% refund, while no refunds are given for cancellations within 30 days of check-in. Different policies may apply for bookings made through partner websites.


8) Insurance: Travel insurance is essential. North Cyprus Getaways' insurance covers the villa and its contents but does not cover personal items. Consider additional travel insurance that covers Covid-19.

9) Amendments: At the owner's discretion and with a written request from the client, alterations to confirmed bookings can sometimes be made.

10) Accommodation: The villa occupancy is limited to the number of guests advertised and paid for.

11) Arrival: Access to the villa is typically available after 16:00 hrs on the arrival day, and guests are asked to vacate the villa by 10:00 hrs to allow for cleaning before the next guests arrive. The key safe code will be provided before departure, and non-contact access is available via key safe.

12) Safety: Guests are responsible for their safety and that of young children, especially around the pool area and tiled surfaces.
